MedRamps.com accepts online payments through PayPal.  PayPal offers many different ways to send payment including Credit Card, Check, or Bank Draft.  If you prefer not to use PayPal, we accept a variety of payment methods over the phone, from credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express), to cashier’s checks and money orders.  If you would like to pay by cashier's check or money order, please contact us by phone, fax, or email to let us know your order so we can reserve the product for you and so we know what the money is for when it does arrive.  Sorry, we cannot accept cash or personal checks.

Most of our products ship via UPS/FedEx ground services which deliver in 4-6 days (usually faster). 

We have a 24 hour shipping policy that states an item sold will be shipped within one (1) business day after payment receipt. 

All items too large to ship UPS/FedEx will ship via one of our national freight lines. 

Shipping confirmation can be requested.  An e-mail will be sent with all necessary information for tracking purposes. 

We do offer discounts for local pickup of our product.  Our store is located in Arkansas.  Please contact us for information at sales@medramps.com.

Any product damaged in shipping should either be refused, or buyer should document damage on freight bill and contact us immediately. 

Any questions about damage on a freight load can be directed to us and we will advise buyers on the best possible course of action.

Free Shipping is only for addresses in the Continental USA.  We do ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Canada, but you will need to contact us for personalized shipping quote.

If you item is not up to the quality that you expect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will have the item picked up at no cost to you and issue you a full refund as long as the item is unused. 

• The item must not have been used at all.  Please refer to the return policy below if you item has been used. 

• You MUST contact us via email or phone within 24 hours of delivery

• Your item must have been purchased through our shopping cart options online at www.medramps.com 

Return Policy - We welcome returns for the first 14 days after purchase of any item for a refund, less applicable shipping costs.  To qualify, items must be returned in like new condition.

• If the item you purchased had "Free Freight", our actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

• You may use any service you want to return the item to us (UPS, FedEx, USPS).  Please email us tracking information as soon as it is available and write your RMA number (received from Customer Service) on the box.

• Contact a Customer Service Representative at info@medramps.com or by phone to obtain an RMA# prior to returning the item.

Warranty Policy - Items purchased online at www.medramps.com are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 year (or longer on some product lines as noted on their product pages) from the date of purchase.  We reserve the right to repair or replace all or parts of an item, or when appropriate issue a partial refund.  We will use our best judgment when determining the proper course of action.

If we choose to repair your item, it must be returned to us (freight prepaid with original proof of purchase) within the 12 month period beginning with the date of purchase.

Any items deemed to have been damaged due to abuse, misuse, or overloading are not covered under this warranty. 

We work hard to monitor our competitors' prices on a daily basis in order to provide you the lowest possible price anywhere, however if you are able to find a similar product to ours at a lower price we will beat the competitor's advertised price by 5%.

All you have to do is email us a copy of the competitors ad or give us a call on our toll-free phone line and tell us where we can view the ad.  Upon the verification of the ad and product, we will immediately give you the opportunity to purchase the advertised product from us for 5% less than the competitor's advertised price.

There are few requirements:

1) The competitor's price must be an advertised price that can be reached from the competitor's home page, and must be available for sale immediately at the stated price (not on auction).

2) To qualify, the competitor's price including all shipping costs must be lower than our price including shipping costs.  If the competitor's shipping cost is different than ours, we will first meet the competitors total delivered price, then deduct our shipping costs and give you 5% off of the amount that is left.  You will then only have to pay this discounted price plus our shipping cost.

3) Products must be very the same in design, weight, size, and advertised loading capacity to qualify.

4) Competitor's advertisement must be for new, non-returned product.

5) Some items may be disqualified from this Guarantee and are noted plainly at the bottom of the page for the item.

In order to process your order efficiently, we collect the following information: name, billing address, shipping address, e-mail address, phone number, and credit card number ("Personal Information") when you place an order with us. This information is used solely by MedRamps.com and is stored in a secure environment. Under certain circumstances we do also collect the user's IP address, but only when we suspect that credit card fraud may have occurred. We also periodically conduct surveys of visitors to our Web site. This helps us better understand what our customers would like to see from us. We use this information for internal marketing research purposes. We may contact a visitor who responded to a survey for more information, but only if that visitor has told us that they don't mind being contacted.
